The development of science and technology demands the quality of a university to continue to develop and innovate. Faculty of Sport Sciences UNY always strives to do teaching, research, community service, and produce graduates who are in accordance with the challenges of the current era. This was conveyed by the Dean of Faculty of Sport Sciences, Prof. Dr. Wawan S. Suherman in his welcoming speech on 'sharing management' with the Sebelas Maret University Sports Faculty (UNS).

The Dean of of Faculty of Sport Sciences UNY expressed his gratitude and congratulations to the Faculty of Sports of UNS for its recent establishment.  Faculty of Sports of UNS has previously synergized with Faculty of Sport Sciences UNY in scientific and sports meetings since it was still a study program. "FIK UNY is openly ready to share experiences with F.Kor UNS to develop science and produce superior work for the advancement of sports in Indonesia", said Wawan S. Suherman.

Meanwhile, the Dean of the UNS Sports Faculty, Dr. Sapta Kunta Purnama expressed his gratitude because UNY is always open and welcome the idea of 'sharing management experience' in various fields. Sapta added that the reputation of Faculty of Sport Sciences UNY is widely known given that all existing study programs have been accredited "A" by BAN PT. UNY Faculty of Sport Sciences also been assessed by ASIC's international accreditation. "Hopefully the UNY Faculty of Sport Sciences will get the best results from the visit of the ASIC inspector then be able to share the international accreditation experience  to other university with sports faculty" said Sapta Kunta.(SP27)
