Dermawan Zain, Nurul Wulan Sari and Nifta Noor Halimah from Instructional Technology Study Program won the First Place in “Indonesia Ayo Aman Berlalu Lintas (IAABL) Video Competition” in animation category. This competition is part of Pre-event of Festival Kampung Berseri Astra organized by ASTRA in commemoration of Road Traffic Safety Day in Pontianak.

Indonesia Ayo Aman Berlalu Lintas (IAABL) Video Competition is a short video competition that encourage further public awareness on the importance of maintaining road traffic safety for ourselves and surrounding environment.  For this competition, the team has chosen to make an animated 5 minutes video. This video uploaded on YouTube with the title [IAABL] Kupu Aja -Tips berkendara dengan aman. The scene started with a motor cycle accident. Then various information on the latest accident trend was presented. From this point, viewer will learn more about tips on driving safety.

Dermawan Zain in this animated video invites the public to drive safely and in accordance with existing regulations. "Therefore, let’s come together to become a pioneer in traffic safety! If it not us, who else? If Not from Now, When will start?,” he asked. (Ririt; Tj.Lak)
