"This is a sweet gift on teacher's day," said Marwan Arjuli, S.Pd, an alumnus of the Pancasila and Citizenship Education Study Program (PPKn), after becoming 1st Winner of the 2021 Constitutional Award, which was held by the Indonesian Constitutional Court on 24 to 26 November 2021. The Constitutional Court held this activity for outstanding  PPKn teachers from the Ministry of Education and Culture, Research and Technology (Kemdikbud-Ristek) and the Ministry of Religion (Kemenag).

Marwan Arjuli, currently a teacher at SMAN 1 Poto Tano-West Nusa Tenggara, raised Best Practice with the title "Formation of a Creative Minority Team to overcome learning loss and strengthen Pancasila and Constitutional values during the Covid 19 Pandemic."

The main task of teachers, including PPKn teachers, is to shape students into a person who has a sense of nationality and love for the homeland, become intelligent, democratic, responsible citizens, and have high constitutional awareness. Constitutional Court as an institution guarding the constitution and democracy through the Constitutional Award X of 2021 fosters and motivates Civics teachers in increasing competence.

Marwan hopes that this achievement can inspire his students and colleagues to achieve accomplishments. Everyone is always expected to have high self-confidence and motivation to excel amid access and facilities that are not as good as big cities. (Sari, Tj.Lak)
