On early March 2020, people in Indonesia has become more aware about the terms Work from Home (WFH) and Study from Home (SFH). This is massively pushed by the President of the Republic of Indonesia, Joko Widodo who pointed the importance of  social distancing to cut covid-19 spreading. The government, companies, educational institutions, and the community have also begun to implement supporting methods and modes (application programs) that can make Work from Home (WFH) and Study from Home (SFH) activities effective while maintaining work productivity and learning. So the Center for Educational Innovation and Learning Development Institute for Education Quality Assurance and Development (LPMPP) Yogyakarta State University, believe that it necessary to hold an online workshop on Teacher Productivity in the Covid-19 Pandemic Period towards New Normal. The Online Workshop on The Learning Model for Teachers is packaged in 12 series started on Wednesday (6/17).

As the moderator, Dr. Sunaryo Sunarto said that the system for delivering workshop materials was packaged in several learning resources. Registered workshop participants attend resource presentations, and discuss (realtime) via teleconference, and are expected to also follow the Glacier (Global Access Independence Learning) tutorial on learning models through https://glacier.uny.ac.id.

Prof. Dr. Herminarto Sofyan, as the first speaker said that "we are now in the covid-19 pandemic, so we are entering a new normal order, in the new semester we will use online learning". Herminarto further explained about the concept of learning models that include narrative descriptions to describe procedures or steps to achieve goals, concepts or systems to describe the form of learning, the frame of the approach, strategy, methods and techniques of a learning.

Next the second guest speaker, Dr. Apri Nuryanto conveyed about the implementation of learning in the industrial revolution era 4.0. Apri said that effective online learning strategies were carried out by packaging so that learning objectives were more meaningful, making learning structures easy, organizing content logically, making visuals interesting, using effective interactivity, creating scenarios, using case studies, oriented to solving problems, and develop assessments to strengthen learning.

Rector of UNY, Prof. Dr. Sutrisna Wibawa in his office delivered material about education during the pandemic. Sutrisna said  that we can study anywhere, any kind of attitude, and with any media which in normal times feels this is strange, but now (in the Covid-19 Pandemic era) it can happen. During the Covid-19 Pandemic period, Sutrisna continued, changing habits and life in various aspects, companies negated activities in offices, schools and colleges to carry out learning activities at home accompanied by their parents. This situation requires us to use digital media. Like it or not all flow and use digital media to do all its activities. Employees, teachers, lecturers, students and students are forced to use digital media in teaching and learning activities. This, according to Sutrisna, indirectly invites us to get used to carrying out the era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 and Society 5.0 and encourage the world community, and the Indonesian in particular to be ready to compete with digital technology in the era of 4.0 and society 5.0.
