The Javanese course focuses on the ability of the participants to communicate in Javanese and understand the Javanese culture. The consultation on language and academic matters are provided for the participants. Besides having direct interaction with the native speakers of Javanese, the participants are also invited to enjoy the real practice of Javanese in wayang (puppet) shows, join cultural festivities, and visit Javanese tourism places (palace, water castle, etc)*.
