VISITING PROFESSOR AT BURAPHA UNIVERSITY

One of YSU’s lecturer, Prof. Djemari Madapi, Ph.D. became a Visiting Professor at the Faculty of Education Burapha University in Thailand some time ago. The Head of Research and Education Evaluation Study program (PEP) Program Graduate School YSU gave materials in the framework of a public lecture foe the students and lecturers of Burapha University with the theme of Evaluation in Educational Quality Assurance. The selection of materials in Educational Quality Assurance by the Burapha University is to provide new insights to the faculty and students related to the role of evaluation in education quality assurance.

"The purpose of quality assurance is to ensure that standards or criteria for learning outcomes can be achieved. Learning outcomes are influenced by learning planning, learning, teachers, and assessment. With the quality assurance of a good education, it can improve the quality of learning outcomes to be able to achieve the standards that already set, "said Djemari Mardapi.

Also present at the public lecture, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Vichit Suratreungchai - Dean of the Faculty of Education, Dr. Pracha Inang - Vice Dean for International Cooperation section, teachers, and students of Burapha University. In addition, the public lecture was also attended by the faculty members and students PEP Study Program YSU which is a group of laboratory studies to Burapha University. (Eka Ary)
