The paper entitled Three Dimesions Virtual Catalogue (3D-Vicat), a promotional app of Indonesian tourism destinations based on Augmented Reality... 3D-Vicat is a catalog of applications that display objects of Indonesian tourism destinations in a virtual, three-dimensional site. The concept used is to enter the 3-dimensional virtual objects into the real environment in a real time so that users can see as if it is the real attraction. The mechanism of the appearance of objects in three dimensions starts with the scanning the marker using the smartphone's camera and the app will detect markers and match them with a template that has previously been stored in the database. If the marker matches the template provided, the 3-dimensional objects will be displayed on the smartphone screen. (ris/ast)
