Public information disclosure is a form of institutional transparency that provides opportunities for the public to know about public policy-making plans, public policy programs, and public decision-making processes, as well as increasing the community's active role in public policy-making and good public agency management. This message was conveyed by the Implementing Information and Documentation Management Officer (PPID) Universitas Brawijaya (UB) Zulfaidah Penata Gama, Ph.D on June 18, 2022.

Universitas Brawijaya has had PPID since 2010. To provide public information services, coordination and synergy are key. "Regarding the existing Information System, PPID UB coordinates with the UPT System and Information Technology in particular, so that it can disseminate information online," said Zulfaidah. Universitas Brawijaya For complaints service, UB already has UB Care which serves complaints from stakeholders addressed to all faculties, institutions, bureaus, and work units in UB.

Meanwhile, the Head of the Planning Section of the Directorate of Public Relations and Cooperation Ranking of the Universitas Negeri Malang (UM) Dra. Marsia Palagan stated that during the institutional transition period, it is essential to openly determine the time of the transition period while preparing and establishing financial regulations and the formation of new institutional organs.
Vice-Rector for Planning and Cooperation Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta (UNY) Prof. Siswantoyo stated that the process of transferring institutional status that is currently taking place at UNY requires an appropriate example of best practice. "Hopefully, this activity can accelerate the process of status transformation of UNY and at the same time strengthen UNY institutionally," he said
