UNY is following the World Class Professor (WCP) program initiated by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology has conducted several visiting professor programs. One study program that invites international visiting professors to give lectures is German Language Education at UNY. The German Language Education Study Program invited Kordula Schulze from the University of Münster for eight lectures with assistant lecturer Prof. Dr. Sulis Triyono. "One of the materials presented by Kordula Schulze was "berregionale Reiseleitung" said Prof. Sulis Triyono, Monday (30/5) at UNY.

This course is excellent because it aims to provide additional skills and competencies for German Language Education Study Program students with the primary competence of German language teachers. Additional competence is an expert in being a German-speaking tour guide. These courses are also favorites chosen by students from the University of Münster. They take credit transfers in the German Language Education Study Program.

Prof. Sulis Triyono stated that UNY also held a credit transfer program for students through the International Study and Training Partnerships (ISAP) program scheme from the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD). Through this program, the University of Münster and UNY students have the opportunity to study internationally. From February to July 2022, UNY sent three students to take credit transfers at the University of Münster. Saputri Vivit Ariyani, Anydaufha, and Fauza successfully passed the selection held by the University of Münster. In this credit transfer, the lectures use 100% German.

This collaboration between UNY and the University of Münster has entered its third year through the MoU, valid until 2026. Through ongoing programs, UNY is consistently committed to sustainably providing quality education
