“The position of U2IK (Unit of International Affairs and Partnerships) is pivotal due to the increasing intensity of YSU’s cooperation development today,” said Prof. Suwarsih Madya, Ph.D.,the Vice Rector for Cooperation Affairs and Partnerships in the opening ceremony of the The Workshop on Developing SOP of Working Mechanism of Faculty, Institute, and Graduate School Units of International Affairs and Partnerships on Wednesday (20/5/2015) in YSU Senate Meeting Room.

The workshop participated by 52 participants is the sequel of the previous workshop. It aims at arranging work mechanism of U2IK as a cooperation development pillar in the faculty.

This workshop consisted of 5 presentations by the work fields in Office of International Affairs and Partnership (OIAP) of YSU. The first presenter was the Director of YSU OIAP, Dr.–Ing Satoto E. Nayono, M. Eng., M.Sc., who explained the outline of unit programs. CH. Fajar Sri Wahyuniati, S.Pd., M.Or., as the second presenter presented the domestic cooperation matters in the units. The third presenter was B. Yuniar Diyanti, S.Pd., M.Hum. She explained the program in the field of the Development of Institute Internationalization of YSU. The fourth presenter was Retna Hidayah, ST., M.T., Ph.D., who explained all matters of YSU foreign cooperation.

As the closing, all technical details in latter, passport and visa matters were presented at the end of this workshop.
