Rector of Yogyakarta State University, Prof. Dr. Rochmat Wahab, M.Pd., M.A. accompanied by other university management members observed the YSU Entrance Exam which was joined by 11,622 applicants on Sunday, July 5th 2015. The test was conducted in several different locations including YSU Faculty of Engineering, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Faculty of Sport Sciences, and two other public schools.
In this entrance exam, two applicants with special needs, one is with low vision and one is visually impaired. They were assisted by two test administrator during the test. The applicants were divided into three test categories including Science and Technology, Humanities, and Mixed Category.
On Monday and Tuesday, July 6th to 7th 2015, the applicants for Sport Sciences and Languages and Arts programs joined selection for practical skills and talent.
Applicants for this year’s selection are from various regions and islands in Indonesia. One of them is Biondy from Tanjung Pandan, Belitung, Sumatera who apply for a diploma program at YSU Faculty of Engineering.
