Endah Secures a Master Scholarship to Study at a UK University

Endah Tri Anomsari, an alumnus of the Public Administration Study Program, has secured a master scholarship to University of Manchester from LPDP program (Indonesia Endowment Fund for Education). The Fund awards the scholarships in four periods every year and she got it in the fourth period (November-December) of 2014.

YSU Fashion Show ‘Diverchilagho’

Juniors of YSU Fashion Department held a fashion show entitled “Diverchilago’ which stands for Diversity of Archipelago. Pramanda, the chief of the committee, explained that the theme tries to bring up the rich and diverse natural resources in Indonesia. “We care about our rich natural resources and we want protect, preserve, and promote them in the form of party outfits,” she said.

In Baluran National Park, the coastal area is mostly dominated by mangrove forest. Five Biology Education Department students of YSU observed bird diversity and relative species abundance along Bekol savana and Bama beach in Baluran National Park (18/12/14). They are Jalu Prianggodo, Nurrohman Eko P. Ariani Anugrah P. , Eky Rakhmawati, and Dian Larasati.

The monsoon forest ecosystem is a blend of dry and wet forest ecosystems. It can be found in many areas in Indonesia. One of them is West Bali National Park (WBNP). The national park covers an area of 600 hectares with diverse flora and fauna.
