Scholarships

For years, YSU has cooperated with the Ministry of Education and Culture in granting scholarships to international students. The scholarships offered are in the following programs.

  1. Darmasiswa RI Scholarship Program

The Darmasiswa RI Scholarship Program is provided for international students who are interested in learning Indonesian language, culture, and arts. The scholarships are different programs: the six months’ program or one year non-degree program. Further information is available at http://darmasiswa.kemdiknas.go.id./v2/ .

  1. Developing Countries Partnership (DCP) Program

The Developing Countries Partnership (DCP) Program is provided for international students from developing countries who wish to pursue a bachelor’s or master’s degree in some universities in Indonesia, one of which is Yogyakarta State University. Under the management of the Directorate General for Higher Education, Ministry of Education and Culture, students will get a monthly living, research, and book allowance.
