"Indonesia is one of the countries with a high rate of traffic accidents, especially in the teenage age group. Along with the increasingly complex world of traffic and the development of technology, understanding, and skills in traffic become increasingly important to have. However, the learning process of traffic literacy is often considered uninteresting for students. Therefore, innovation is needed in learning methods that can make the learning process more interesting and effective," said Ardi Setyawardana.

Ardi Setyawardana's effort to address the traffic literacy problem was also supported by Yudi Utomo and Berlian Ardianti. The three UNY students then tried to create a traffic literacy game called Minepolis.

"Minepolis is a game that aims to improve students' understanding and skills in traffic. In this game, students can play a character that must interact with the traffic world and learn the applicable traffic rules," said Yudi Utomo.

Technically, Berlian Ardianti developed through Minecraft Java Edition (PC) and Spigot operational system that supports massive modification. "The game content is made following Law No. 22 of 2009 concerning Indonesian traffic rules," said Berlian.

The development phase begins with creating a traffic literacy content room, followed by creating a quiz room and car and motorcycle dealers. Then develop a traffic system with block bench. Block Bench is an operating system for creating 3D models in Minecraft. To ensure user experience, the team has conducted a test run at SMP 1 Yogyakarta.
