Several participants of YSU technopreneur program at the Faculty of Engineering joined a Higher Education Expo held by the Ministry of Research and Technology and MCI Management in the Central Park Terra Atrium LG, Jakarta, March 17—22, 2015. This event was divided into local innovation expo under the supervision of Ministry of Research and Technology consisted of LIPI, YSU, UI and SGU and and an education expo consisted of London School, IISM (International Islamic School of Malaysia), etc.

The participants from YSU exhibited several business incubator products of Technopreneur of Faculty of Engineering, i.e. Arame (a fish pool monitoring device) by Adi Tarnadi, Cico Mac (Luwak coffee machine) from Ainun Najib, Kombe (Portabe Electric Compressor) by Oby Zamisyak, INDOBOT (Educational Robot) and Astoetik (Auto Electric Stove for Batik).

“In this expo, we have a chance to show our products. In addition, we are also able to interact with our costumers as well as to build networking for our technology development with Wahana Karya Ltd. to market YSU students’ products. We hope this expo will give us numerous positive inputs so that we will be able to develop the proper market for our products.” Oby said. (Oby)
