Improving the quality of Biology Education Master Program through LAMDIK Accreditation

UNY welcomes the visit of assessors from the Educational Self-Accreditation Institute (LAMDIK). The visit was conducted by Prof. Dr. Muslimin Ibrahim, M.Pd. (Universitas Nahdatul Ulama Surabaya) and Prof. Dr. Ainur Rofieq, M.Kes. (Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang).

"Our visit is part of the confirmation and clarification process of UNY's claim," said Prof. Dr. Muslimin Ibrahim.

UNY Biology Education Master's Program is committed to producing graduates who have professional abilities as Biology Educators who can develop and implement innovative, creative, and effective biology learning at various levels of education, Biology Education Researchers who can conduct research to produce new findings in the field of biology education, Biology Curriculum and Learning Media Developers who can develop curriculum and biology learning media following the needs and developments of the times and Leaders of Educational Institutions who can lead and manage educational institutions well.

UNY Biology Education Master Program has several advantages, including competent and experienced lecturers in the field of biology education, an up-to-date curriculum following the needs of the field, complete facilities to support the learning process, and an extensive network of cooperation with various educational and research institutions.

"We hope that the assessors can share experiences and enlightenment, especially in the context of the sustainability of the Biology Education master program," said Prof. Siswantoyo representing the Rector of UNY.
