Dharma Wanita Persatuan (DWP UNY), on Sunday (2/4) visited the Muhammadiyah Sayegan Orphanage led by the chairperson of DWP UNY, Sulastri Sumaryanto. Present from the Sayegan Muhammadiyah Orphanage welcomed the DWP UNY group, the Chairman of the orphanage foundation Sutarto, Siswo Sarjono as the elder of the orphanage, Dana Nurhana as the administrator of the Development Section, as well as several representatives from the Branch Leadership Council (DPC) Aisyiyah Sayegan Branch.

IKIP Yogyakarta was part of the Faculty of Pedagogics UGM, established in 1955 and transforms into Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta in 1999. In 2022 UNY's achievements in the QS World University Ranking by Subject were ranked 301-350 in the world, number 2 in Indonesia, as a capital step towards a World Class University. For this reason, it is necessary to initiate and accelerate cooperation with the Top 100 and Non-Top 100 QS WUR, industry, multinational companies, organizations, start-up companies, the Indonesian Embassy (KBRI), and Indonesian Schools Abroad (SILN).

UNY held the third academic workshop with the Association of Indonesian Researchers in Korea (APIK). APIK is one of the scientific organizations established on October 27, 2019, initiated by the Indonesian Embassy in Seoul and APIK pioneers. The workshop aimed to map potential opportunities for applied research collaboration in the field of artificial intelligence (AI) and the development of digital start-ups. This activity was held shortly after the meeting with Shinhan University, Korea, at 17:30 local time. The workshop was led by the Vice-Rector for Academic and Student Affairs, Prof.

The Indonesian Embassy in Beijing-UNY has become a strong partner for implementing cooperation in various fields with the Shandong-China province. During his visit to Korea, Prof. Dr. Siswantoyo, M.Kes., AIFO, Vice-Rector for Academic and Student Affairs, attended a virtual meeting entitled Investment, Trade, Culture & Tourism Exchange (China-Indonesia).

Students of the Department of Sport Science and the Department of Sport Education UNY had the opportunity to learn directly with two Sports Professors from the University of Seville, Spain. In the first session, Prof. Luis Carrasco Paez, Ph.D. gave a lecture on "Sports Physiology". For the second session, Prof. Francis Ries, Ph.D. gave a lecture on "Physical Education for Elementary and Secondary Teachers".

A delegation from Michigan State University (MSU) visited Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta (UNY) on Friday (24/3). This activity was carried out to establish cooperation in various fields. The MSU delegation consisted of The Office of International Studies in Education as Curriculum Coordinator with the Global Education Engagement Program Samantha Caughlan, Ph.D, The head of Chinese Teacher Certification Program Nancy Romig, Ph.D, the Director of the MSU Teacher Preparation Program Gail Richmond, Ph.D and the Coordinator of Global Education Cohort Alyssa Morley, Ph.D.

The Faculty of Education and Psychological Sciences, Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta (UNY), in collaboration with the Directorate of General Transfer, Directorate General of Fiscal Balance, Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia (DTU DJPK Kemenkeu RI), held Training on Management and Utilization of Village Potential (Village Heads Enter Campus) in 2023, Wednesday, (15/03), in the 3rd Floor Hall Room of the Integrated Laboratory of FIPP UNY and the 3rd Floor Hall Room of Muh. Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta (UNY) has established a partnership with PT Nihon Seiki Indonesia (NSI), with a visit to the NSI headquarters in Delta Silicon Industrial Park Lippo Cikarang, Bekasi. Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta (UNY) collaborated with the Asmat Regency Government and Musamus University to organize an advanced human resources education program for 199 students, consisting of 148 undergraduate students and 51 magister students. From Saturday to Monday (11-13/3), offline lectures and acceleration assistance for final assignments were held.

FIKK UNY received a visit from two sports professors from the University of Seville, Spain, as part of a sports development cooperation agenda sponsored by Erasmus. Professor Francis Ries, Ph.D. and Professor Luis Carrasco Paez, Ph.D. served as guest lecturers at the Department of Physical Education (POR) and the Department of Physical Science (IK), and in the academic cooperation development agenda from 8 - 15 March 2023.
