For students who will register for graduation, all registration can be done online. Namely through yudiwis.uny.ac.id for registration of graduation, and eservice.uny.ac.id to monitor the processing of diplomas, transcripts, and / or teaching certificate.
An English proficiency examination held internally on campus (ProTEFL) as a prerequisite for taking the thesis examination, repayment of entrepreneurial student loans, and returning library books, can also be postponed by students until before graduation. Any late books return will not be fined.
