UNY’s Centre for Pancasila and Constitution (PSPK UNY) conducted research on mainstreaming Pancasila as nation ideology in the post amendment of 1945 Indonesia Constitution in Pancasila Ideology Development Agency (BPIP). The research was carried out by the Research Team namely Dr. Samsuri, M.Ag, (Team Leader), Dr. M. Murdiono, M.Pd (Member). Drs. Cholisin M.Si (Member) and Galih N Paripurna (Field Researchers).
On this occasion, Galih (Researcher of PSPK UNY) discussed with several BPIP officials, Elfrida Siregar, M.M (Director of Inter-Institutional Relations, Socialization, Communication and Networks), Dr. Mohammad Sabri A.R (Study and Material Director) and Akbar Nur Prabowo (Director of Material and Standardization of State Apparatus) and Satrio Suseno, S.IP (research assistants).
As a researcher Galih explained, "Basically, speaking of Mainstreaming Pancasila as a state ideology, is talking about policies and programs that contain them such as materials, studies and socialization materials as well as cooperation with other institutions / institutions." While Dr. Sabri said that the BPIP RI had formed the Pancasila Ideology Outline (GBHIP), clearly the GBHIP was basically different from the GBHN. In the GBHIP it clarifies the position and strategic role of Pancasila as Static Tables and Dynamic Leitstars.
In further explanation, the characteristic BPIP as a national state institution with its strategic role carrying out the ideology of Pancasila development with a strategic partnership that explores the essence of Pancasila and the values of mutual cooperation.
Elfirida also added "The BPIP collaboration section also cooperates with several other state institutions such as Ministry of Law and Human rights, Ministry of Domestic Affairs and TVRI as broadcasting institutions in the Development of Pancasila Ideology through Cooperation Agreements (MoU)." Elfrida said.
Both the PSP UNY and BPIP RI hope that after this research, PSPK UNY and BPIP RI can collaborate together in mainstreaming and developing Pancasila Ideology through joint dialogue, focus group discussions, research, studies, and socialization of Pancasila. (Galih / Sari; Tj.Lak).
