MADIUN COLLABORATES WITH UNY FOR INCLUSIVE AND SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT

To boost inclusive and sustainable economic growth, the Government of Madiun City agreed to sign a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta (UNY). The signing ceremony was held in the main courtroom of the rectorate, on Friday (11/6). The Mayor of Madiun and his staff were met directly by the Rector of UNY. The delegation from Madiun was led directly by the Mayor, accompanied by the Deputy Mayor, and several members of the Forkopimda.

THE ROLE OF PRIMARY EDUCATION IN VARIOUS PERSPECTIVES OF DIGITAL ERA INNOVATION

Elementary-School Teacher Education Study Program and Primary Education Study Program of Faculty of Education UNY organized an Online National Seminar with the theme The Role of Primary Education for National Awakening: Various Perspectives in Digital Era Innovation, Wednesday, 2 June 2021, held offline and online using Zoom Meeting and Live Youtube FIP UNY Official Channel. There are three speakers, namely Dr. Idam Ragil Widianto Atmojo, S.Pd., M.Sc. (Universitas Sebelas Maret University), Dr. Zubaidah Amir MZ, M.Pd. (UIN Suska Riau), and Dr. Aprilia Tina Lidyasari, M.Pd.

THE INNOVATIVE CONCEPT OF TOFU FACTORY WASTE PURIFICATION WITH CARBON NANODOTS TECHNOLOGY BY THE UNY STUDENT TEAM WON 2ND PLACE IN UNYSEF 2021

The attempt to manage and reduce waste as part of responsible production are one of the main points on the 2030 agenda for Sustainable Development. Athi 'Nur Auliati Rahmah (Physics Education Study Program Student), Bian Itsna Ashfa Al Ashfiya (Physics Study Program Student) and Muhammad Rizki (Physics Study Program Student) has successfully presented their innovative concept on tofu factory waste purification and earn 2nd  place at UNY Scientific Fair (UNYSEF) 2021. This event organized by the Student Research Activity Unit (UKM-P) UNY.

WAYANG KULIT AS A MEDIA OF SOCIALIZATION OF EQUALITY AND ACCESS TO QUALITY EDUCATION

Institutionally, Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta is responsible for the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) which has become a global development agreement under the auspices of the United Nations (UN). In line with UNY's identity as an educational institution, this responsibility and commitment is manifested through efforts to ensure equitable quality education and increased learning opportunities for all. This is in accordance with one of the SDGs agendas, namely quality education.
