UNY Sends 12 Students to Youth Leadership Conference in Malaysia
On Thursday, April 17, 2014, Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta (UNY) officially sent off 12 students to represent the university at the 2nd Youth Leadership International Conference (IYLC) in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The event, held from April 20–25, 2014, brings together young leaders from around the world. The selected students come from various student organizations and extracurricular units, including BEM KM, DPM KM, UKM Penelitian, UNSTRAT, and several sports and arts clubs.
Swedish Universities Present Study Opportunities at UNY
On April 1, 2024, representatives from Halmstad University, Linnæus University, and Kristianstad University visited Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta (UNY) to introduce study opportunities in Sweden. Held at the Indonesian Education Museum Theater, the event attracted over 70 students eager to learn about Nordic education.
UNY and University of Auckland Discuss MoU for Academic Collaboration
On Monday, March 24, 2014, Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta (UNY) hosted a meeting with Dr. John Hope, Associate Dean of International Programs at the University of Auckland, New Zealand, to discuss a draft Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). The meeting, held at UNY’s Rectorate, was attended by the Vice Rector for Development and Cooperation and representatives from the Graduate School and the International Affairs Office.
