Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta held a monitoring and evaluation for the receivers of higher education affirmation scholarships (ADik) for the 2016-2021 generation in the Main Conference Room of the Rectorate, Friday (3/2). This activity was attended by more than 90 students who received affirmation scholarships spread across 44 study programs at UNY. Vice Rector for Academic and Student Affairs of UNY Prof. Siswantoyo said that a number of strategic steps were taken for the scholarship recipients, including helping them to become excellent students.

Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta’s International Office recently hosted a State Universities as Legal Entity (PTNBH) Internationalization Socialization at the UNY Hotel. It was attended by the Rector, Vice Rector, Vice Deans of Academic, Student, and Alumni Affairs, Vice Deans of Research, Cooperation, Information Systems, and Entrepreneurship, the UNY WCU Team, and the UUIK Team for each Faculty.

“The Annual General Meeting (AGM) is the highest forum to assess the evaluation and determine the direction of policies conducted by the cooperative management each year, therefore RAT KPRI Mapan Sejahtera 2022 is held as a form of accountability of the management and supervisory board of the cooperative-to-cooperative members as the highest power in the cooperative.

Factors that cause an inclusive classroom environment include the diversity of intellectual and social levels of students who are not accommodated. Therefore lecturers provide space for a variety of student background abilities. Lecturers need to integrate previous student experiences in learning and accommodate the diversity of student abilities.

Globalization, which encourages scientific advances and technological developments, especially information technology, has fostered an entrepreneur spirit and it is very important to grow in someone’s soul. Especially if the entrepreneur spirit is raised from an early age. Entrepreneurship has a very important role. With entrepreneurship being able to find new innovations and new ideas in managing the available natural resources, entrepreneurship is the process of developing and applying creativity and innovation in solving problems and being able to see opportunities to create a business.

The Faculty of Health and Sport Sciences at UNY had the opportunity to cooperate with JICA Japan. The cooperation designed is about sending professional trainers in the sports of volleyball, archery, and tennis to improve the quality of coaching education at the Faculty of Health and Sport Sciences UNY.

The UNY Department of Non-Formal Education, in collaboration with DPP FK PKBM Indonesia, successfully held a National Seminar with the theme "PKBM Builds Villages" on January 28, 2023. Present online as the keynote speaker were the Minister of Villages, PDT and Transmigration of the Republic of Indonesia, Dr. (HC) Drs. H. Abdul Halim Iskandar, M.Pd.

Health service is important to support activities on campus. UNY recognize that a health body is an asset in education implementation. UNY's commitment to supporting the health of academic community is manifested in efforts to establish Health facilities in collaboration with PT Kimia Farma Diagnostika (KFD).
