UNY Students Partner with Nasi Darurat Jogja in the “One Meal, One Step Toward Zero Hunger” Initiative

Kepedulian terhadap isu ketahanan pangan mendorong sejumlah mahasiswa Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta (UNY) untuk terlibat langsung dalam aksi sosial bersama komunitas Nasi Darurat Jogja. Melalui kegiatan ini, mahasiswa tidak hanya mempelajari persoalan kelaparan dan akses pangan secara akademis, tetapi juga berkontribusi nyata dalam mendukung pencapaian Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) poin 2, yaitu Zero Hunger (Tanpa Kelaparan).

“Mikrot”: A Nutritious Purslane-Based Noodle Innovation

Innovation in local food-based culinary products continues to emerge from Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta (UNY). Gina Rahmah Maulidiyah, a student of the Applied Bachelor’s (D4) Culinary Arts Program at the UNY Faculty of Vocational Studies, has developed a unique noodle product made from purslane leaves, named “Mikrot.”
