The newly reelected dean of the Faculty of Languages and Arts, Prof. Dr. Zamzani, M.Pd. led the first annual meeting at the faculty. In this meeting, programs coordinators and lecturers delivered their aspirations and ideas for the 2015 work plan.  In the first term of the student enrollment at YSU graduate school, 541 applicants joined the entrance test conducted on February 15th 2015. The test consisted of two parts that academic potential test and English test, whereas for doctoral programs applicants an interview was required in addition to the previous tests. The biggest percentage of the applicants enrolled for Master’s program in Educational Sciences. |

 Yogyakarta State University hosts an international teaching practice program in collaboration with Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM), Malaysia involving 9 students of UTM from the English Education Department, Civil Engineering Department, and Mechanical Engineering Department. Those students will be joining a month teaching practice program at one of YSU lab schools, that is Depok 2 Vocational High School, Yogyakarta. |
