Saudi Arabian Universities Visit to Establish Cooperation

Universities in Saudi Arabia made a series of visits to Yogyakarta led by a delegation from the Ministry of Education of Saudi Arabia. One of them visited Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta and was received in the Main Conference Room of the Rector, Monday (20/2). The delegation from Saudi Arabia was led by the Head of Delegation Dr. Abdulrahman Ali M. Alamri from the Ministry of Education of Saudi Arabia, with members Dr. Sami Abdulrahman H. Alharbi from the Ministry of Education, Bapall Kamal Jameel A. Alwidyani Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Dr. Ibrahim Salem N.

Collaboration between UNY and PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Towards a More Adaptive Institutional Transformation

Universitas Negeri Yogyakara (UNY) and PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) in the Theater Room, Sugeng Mardiyono Building UNY 3rd floor, Friday (17/2). Arifin Mukhlis, Senior Vice President Enterprise Business of PT Pos Indonesia (Persero), stated that the company is not only related to money order services. "We have made many transformations so that we can adaptively answer the challenges of the times," said Arifin Mukhlis.

Knowledge Sharing and Agreement Signing with FK UNTIRTA (Faculty of Medicine of Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University)

Rector and the other executives of FIKK (Faculty of Health and Sport Sciences) UNY received a delegation from the Faculty of Medicine, Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University (UNTIRTA), Banten to discuss and share knowledge related to the management and development of physical therapy clinics that have developed at UNY. The Health and Sports Center (HSC) UNY became a reference for a model study of the development of a physical therapy clinic that will be developed at UNTIRTA.

Apkasi Collaborates with UNY to Improve the Quality of Human Resources

Vice-Rector for Academic and Students' Affairs Prof. Siswantoyo accompanied by Vice-Rector for Research, Cooperation, Information Systems and Business Prof. Margana welcomed the arrival of the Board of Trustees of Apkasi (Association of Regency Governments throughout Indonesia) Drs. Sokhiatulo Laoli, MM accompanied by expert staff in the field of Apkasi education at the Rectorate of UNY. On this occasion, Sokhiatulo Lauli said that he came to UNY to follow up on the MoU that had been signed between UNY and Apkasi.

Sharing With Daffa, The Student Studying at Daugavpils University, Latvia

The Office of International Affairs and Partnerships FMIPA Yogyakarta State University held Socialization of Indonesian International Student Mobility Awards (IISMA) 2023 and Sharing Awardee IISMA, recently online. Sharing experiences showing Daffa Muhammad Rifqi IISMA 2021 Awardee from Biology Study Program who studied in Daugavpils University, Latvia, for one semester.

Students of the Faculty of Health and Sport Science (FIKK) UNY join the International Educational Practice (PK) at UPSI Malaysia

One manifestation of the cooperation between UNY and UPSI Malaysia is the implementation of International Educational Practice (PK). UPSI Malaysia sent 33 students to teach in various UNY partner schools, while UNY sent 18 students from various faculties to teach at UPSI partner schools. Out of the 18 UNY students, 4 of them are FIKK UNY students, including Azriel Ardiansyah (Physical Education, Health, and Recreation), Riana Fauziah (Physical Education, Health, and Recreation), Rafi Fajar Susila (Sports Coaching Education), and Ilham Frimatara (Sports Coaching Education).

Students of Sociology Education Conducted A Fieldwork Lecture in Baduy Tribe

A Fieldwork Lecture is one of the required courses in Sociology Education Department Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta. In this year, the Fieldwork Lecture was done by students of Sociology Education 2021 and accompanied by three lecturers. The lecturers are Datu Jawmiko S.Pd., M.A, Sasiana Gilar Apriantika S.Pd., M.A, and Dwi Agusitiana M.A. The activity that has been done recently has several destinations or places that will be visited by the students.

The American Government Supports Inclusive Learning for Students with Disabilities

Factors that cause an inclusive classroom environment include the diversity of intellectual and social levels of students who are not accommodated. Therefore lecturers provide space for a variety of student background abilities. Lecturers need to integrate previous student experiences in learning and accommodate the diversity of student abilities.
