Didik Nurhadiyanto, ST., MT., IPU, ASEAN Eng. gave a public lecture in front of the staff and students of the Undergraduate, Masters and Doctoral Degree Department of Mining and Metallurgical Institute, Satbayev University, Kazakhstan. Prof. Didik Nurhadiyanto gave material in public lectures on two topics. The first topic is the 'Development of Corrugated Metal Gaskets for Pipe-to-Pipe Joints'.

Supporting healthy food sources through innovation of plant-based pesticides

Pesticide is a general term to describe all types of pest poisons. The word pesticide comes from the phrase pest and cide / cida, which means pest killer. In several studies, conventional chemical-based pesticides are often associated with farmers' health problems and water pollution. To minimize this risk, farmers can use plant-based pesticides as an alternative to traditional pesticides. Plant-based pesticides have active ingredients from plants and other organic materials that are efficacious in controlling pests and plant diseases.

UNY Hosted Physical Trainer Training For Beginners

UNY's Sports Coaching Education Department held a Beginner's Physical Trainer Training on August 23-25, 2022. A total of 30 sports teachers from elementary and junior high schools in Yogyakarta participated in this training. This training is a collaboration between the Department of Sports Coaching Education of UNY and the Yogyakarta City Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency (BKPSDM).

Increasing Awareness of Reproductive Health for the People of Keputran Village

The Men's Table Tennis and Women's Badminton Team of the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences (FMIPA)UNY won 1st place in the competition held to celebrate the 58th Anniversary of UNY, which was held on Friday 13 May 2022 at the Rectorate Hall of UNY. In the final match, the FMIPA team managed to beat a strong team from FIK UNY with 4-0. In the final match, 4 pairs from both teams immediately played simultaneously, and all of them were won by the FMIPA team. Before the final, the FMIPA team also won Group A, which consisted of FIP, Postgraduate, FT, and FBS teams.

Celebrating 58th UNY Anniversary with tree planting

Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta welcomed its 58th anniversary by planting three trees.
