"I like German. Since high school, although I majored in mathematics and science, there are cross-interests in foreign languages ​​offered specifically for mathematics and science students. Two foreign languages ​​are offered, namely English and German. Honestly, I was delighted and interested that I could learn German at school. Teaching Campus is one of the programs of the Emancipation Learning program. Through this program, selected Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta (UNY) students have the opportunity to develop creativity and learning innovation in elementary and junior high schools affected by the pandemic. In addition, students can be directly involved in the implementation of literacy, numeracy, and technology adaptation at the elementary and junior high school levels. UNY's Early Childhood Education Laboratory held a holiday program for early childhood children from July 4 to 8, 2022. However, the Balitbang of the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries explained that per capita fish consumption in Indonesia has only reached 25.77 kg. Ahmad Rizal Rifani won first place in the diploma category for outstanding students for the 58th anniversary of UNY. Rizal managed to go through several stages of assessment by lecturers and judges who are competent in their fields.

UNY accepted 2,334 new students through the joint selection to enter state higher education (SBMPTN) 2022. These new students comprised 800 students from the science and technology category and 1534 from the social and humanities category. Of these 2334 students, 901 received tuition assistance from the government for high school/equivalent graduates with good academic potential but economic limitations but excel to continue their studies in higher education through the KIP (Smart Indonesia Card) Study scheme.
