On Tuesday, September 10, 2024, the Graduate School of Universitas Negeri Semarang (SPs UNNES) visited the Graduate School of Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta (SPs UNY). The group from SPs UNNES was led by the Coordinator of the Study Program, Prof. Dr. Sarwi, M.Si., who was accompanied by eight students of the Master of Economics and Development Education  program. Meanwhile, SPs UNY as the host was represented by Prof. Dr. Siswantoyo, M.Kes., AIFO, Director of SPs UNY, along with other leaders.

Margoagung Village, known as a cultural pioneer village, continues to maintain the tradition of bamboo crafts that have been passed down from generation to generation. Responding to these challenges, the PPK Team of Ormawa Haska JMF FMIPA UNY came up with the Bamboo Craft Diversification and Digital Marketing Program to help the craftsmen in this village not only maintain, but also develop their bamboo crafts.

Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta (UNY) through the Applied Linguistics Study Program of the Faculty of Language, Arts and Culture (FBSB), strengthened its commitment in supporting the development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the Special Region of Yogyakarta (DIY). Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta (UNY) is ready to host the 2024 Indonesian Flying Robot Contest (KRTI), which will be held on September 12-18, 2024. Taking place at the Faculty of Vocational Studies Gunungkidul Campus and Gading Airfield, Playen, this prestigious event is expected to be a stage to showcase students' best innovations in the development of flying robot technology. Collaborating with TNI-AU to provide airfield facilities, UNY is committed to presenting a competition that will spur creativity and research in the field of aerial robotics.

The Student Affairs Division of UNY on Wednesday (4/9/2024) in the Main Session Room of the UNY Senate received a visit from PT Pertamina consisting of 3 people, namely Ms. Amelia, Ms. Dorothea, and Mr. Prasetyo. The purpose of the visit from Pertamina this time was to socialize the Pertamuda 2024 program: the largest student Business Idea Competition for startup startups.
