Fossil energy sources is running low. It will greatly affect our need for transportation, industry, electricity and many more. This has risen the need to innovate more on any potential renewable energy sources. One of the options that we have is biogas. Utilization of biogas energy sources has begun to be developed at the PandanMulyo Agriculture and Rural Training Center in NgentakPoncosariSrandakan, Bantul. The production capacity is quite limited.

An earthquake can cause other disasters such as the liquefaction that hit Central Sulawesi in 2018. For Yogyakarta, such potential risk is also found in the Opak Fault area that stretches from Parangtritis to Prambanan.

GUNUNGKIDUL GOVERNMENT GRANT LAND FOR UNY

Hj. Badingah, S. Sos. as Regent of Gunungkidul and Prof. Dr. Sutrisna Wibawa, M.Pd., as Rector of Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta signed the Land Grant Agreement of the Gunungkidul Regency Government to UNY on October 2, 2019 at the Gunungkidul Regent's Office Home. This important ceremony was also attended by the Secretary of Gunungkidul, Regional Apparatus Organization (OPD) and all leaders from Gunungkidul Regency.

UNY Faculty of Languages and Arts Performance Hall was filled with visitors who were very enthusiastic to attend the Discussion and Reading of the Poet Goethe the West and East Bridge Builders (Islam) on 2 October 2019. Berthold Damshauser from the University of Bonn Germany in his presentation has been able to make the atmosphere of the discussion room come alive. Participants were amazed when Bertold began to objectively portray Goethe. Goethe is not just a poet because he has gathered talents in him.
